The MIAAA is sponsoring a Professional Development Program in which professional training is being offered throughout the state on a variety of topics in athletic administration.
For the 2009-2010 school year, the topics are:
1. Time and Resource Management
2. Establishing Priorities in Risk Management
3. The Athletic Administrator as Systems Leader
These professional development sessions are being offered throughout the state during the school year. Some of Maine's outstanding athletic administrators are serving as facilitators for the program.
The instructors for this year include:

The program is designed to assist first and second year athletic administrators in their transition to the profession or to their new schools. In addition, seminars will include information that is pertinent to any practicing or aspiring athletic administrator.
There is no cost to participate in the program. Please contact one of the facilitators if you are interested in attending a session. Sessions will be advertised on the MIAAA website.
